This page provides basic information about the web, which manages the database and has three different access levels

► Access as GUEST:

No username or password required. Anyone can access.
All records can be seen, but not all fields.
There are no privileges to either insert, modify or delete records.

► Access as USER:

An username and password is required.
All records and fields can be seen.
There are no privileges to either insert, modify or delete records.
Non-registered users, can apply to register.

► Access as an INSTITUTION:

An username and password is required, which have been already provided to each partner institution.
Only the institution own records can be seen.
There are full privileges to insert, modify and delete their own records.
